Had a baxi boiler service done and there was also some water leaking from the condenser (not sure if that's the right word)in freezing early March. Came at fairly short notice.The engineer temporarily fixed the leak but said it may need a new part. Paid 50 didn't get a receipt.It continued to leak so I phoned. Spoke to the owner and he passed me directly to teh same engineer.He came out the next day, took a quick look and said it would need a replacement part. Asked about a receipt and he said he would ask about it. Fast forward 4 weeks and 3 or 4 phone calls to a female worker who answered the telephone. Once she said she would speak to the owner and once she said she would check the orders if the part had arrived. I have not once received a call back and the boiler continues to leak.I phoned another company today and they say this part should normally be available in 48 hrs. Today I rang about 8.15AM and was asked to phone back after 9AM. I phoned at 11AM and explained that I'd called many times over 4 to 5 weeks and this was still not fixed nor had anyone bothered to return my call or tell me what was happening. The female worker said I was aggressive but I assure you I did not use any abusive language as i saw from a previous complaint that they record calls. I obviously was annoyed that in this particular case no one from this firm was taking any responsibility seriously and in the end are blaming me for getting annoyed. Wouldn't anyone get annoyed with such a service.

Great company, quick and efficient service on my gas boiler. Professional engineers that maintained social distancing and wore masks and gloves throughout the duration of service. Would recommend using them as they booked me in very promptly!

I cannot recommend Belfast Heating Group highly enough. I moved into a new house that was leaking fumes into the house from a cracked flue in a basement. They came out to investigate it. As it was an asbestos flue, an asbestos trained engineer came and fixed it. They were courteous, prompt and professional. A very good company and one that I will be using to do my gas conversion at the end of the month. Thank you to Keith and Nathan and everyone at Belfast Heating Group. Thanks to you, our home is now lovely and warm!

Please read this review!!! This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Boiler installation. Around 7-8 different workmen in total turning up at different times without notification and only two wearing masks. I'm no expert but even I could tell the job wasn't done properly. Workmen assured it was and off course it wasn't. Heating stopped working that night. Had to call again. Hassle getting hold of company to fix the problem and no one seems to know whats going on. They kept demanding payment even though the job wasn't completed. Very unprofessional, very messy and very rude. I felt intimated. Had to get them to come back several times to fix the job they are supposingly qualified to do. After several months I'm still having problems. Most importantly if you want a job done professionally or let's just say even for the job to be right, save yourself the time and money and just avoid this company!! This is the first review I have ever wrote. Thats how strongly disappointed and dissatisfied I am.

The lads were great start to finish! Really good and responsive. Keith realised the situation I was in and got someone out the next day as was stuck with no heat or hot water and had been freezing! The lads left the place spotless and couldn’t be more helpful. Whole experience start to end top quality! Thanks again lads
